We are thrilled to announce that Wellington Primary School will be hosting the Annual National Primary Game Creation Competition (NPGCC), now centered around the theme ‘Greening the Red Dot: Nurturing Nature, Sustaining Future’, in alignment with the GreenPlan SG initiative. This competition serves as a platform for primary school pupils to showcase their ingenuity and commitment to environmental sustainability through the creation of video games.
The NPGCC 2024 aims to inspire young minds to explore innovative ways to nurture our natural environment and build a sustainable future for generations to come. We encourage participants to harness their creativity and technological skills to develop games that promote environmental awareness, conservation, and eco-friendly practices.
The finals of the NPGCC 2024 are scheduled to take place on 28th August 2024, where the most innovative and impactful games will be celebrated and awarded.
This event is open to pupils from primary 3 to 6. Further details regarding the competition can be found in this attachment.
We are delighted to have conducted our briefing session for teachers on 4th March 2024, providing valuable insights and resources to support them in guiding their students through this creative journey.
Let’s join hands in nurturing a greener, more sustainable future through the power of imagination and innovation. Together, let’s make a difference!
