The finals is coming soon and we hope your preparations are doing good so far. Thank you to the schools that have been e-mailing us to ask for the details. We will be sending 3 documents via email:
1) Notes for finalists (with details on the 8 September event)
2) Short write-up notes (to be submitted along with the games)
3) A Google Docs Finals Namelist (to submit the names of participants student supporters, teachers in charge and the confirmed team names by 14 August for administration purposes)
All finalists should have been sent an email with these documents. All finalised games and write up are to be submitted in a zip file and to be sent to wtps.npgcc@gmail.com by 28 August 2015 with the message title “Submission of NPGCC 2015 (Game Category) (Team Name) (School)”. Please do include in any other files needed for your game.
